At the gates of the Cévennes country, in a pretty valley in the Gard department of France called the Valley Borgne, close to the Corniche des Cévennes, in the village of l’Estréchure. This village has a population of only 150 and sits between Saint Jean du Gard and Saint André de Valborgne. The building is situated opposite the river Gardon, just outside the village, on the right hand side when travelling towards St André de Valborgne.
