The Gîtes

In 1958, the old “Filature” was fully renovated and was divided in several apartments. Today, four of them are furnished and rented out as holiday gîtes.

Apartments are roomy (ranging from 68 to 88 m²), comfortable and are suitable for 4 to 6/8 people. Each has its own private entrance.

Shared between the gîtes :

  • Laundry-room with a washing-machine;
  • Swimming-pool (9.50 x 4.50 m, deep from 1.20 m to 1.60 m);
  • Area for outdoor meals with a barbecue;
  • Gaming-room (90 m2) with football, billard and table tennis tables
  • Four beds are also at your disposal as well as 2 highchairs and 1 bathtub for babies

In addition, each gîte has :

  • Its own area in the garden for outdoor meals with a barbecue
  • Television TNT (French)
  • Free WIFI Internet access

The gîte “Châtaigne” : 80m² for 5/7 people

Situated on the first floor, this apartment benefits from a private terrace with pergola giving onto the swimming pool and the garden, with garden table and barbecue.

Comprising :

  • Entrance hall
  • Kitchen diner equipped with dish-washer, microwave oven, and a coffee machine
  • Lounge with sofa bed (140 cm), television, and large closet
  • Large bedroom with double bed (140 cm)
  • Large bedroom with 3 beds (90 cm)
  • Shower room (newly renovated)
  • Separate toilet

Rental rates for the gîte :

  • High season
    650€ / week (from Saturday 16h until Saturday 10h)
  • Long week-end in May, Christmas and New Year holidays (on request)
  • For the groups (from 10 people – in low season)
    20€ / pers. per night

On the second floor, this gîte is situated on the front of the building, looking onto the road and is the smallest of our gîtes. Nevertheless this make a very cosy place to stay in Spring or Autumn.
